What should I do if I forgot my Login ID or password?
If you forgot either the login or password for your Live account, please go to MYFXCM. Select, “Forgot Log In/Password” and follow the prompts.
If you forgot your login or password for your Demo account, you may refer to the email we sent you initially when you created the demo. If you are unable to locate that email, please register for a new demo account. Generally, FXCM does not keep demo account information on file.
