If you have a technical support question regarding Trading Station or MT4, please contact us for support. If the representative you speak with via Live Chat or telephone is unable to assist you with resolving the issue, they can open a case on your behalf with FXCM's Level II Technical Support department. The Level II team will then be in touch with you as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days, to assist you with resolving the issue.
