I think I should have received a push notification, but I didn’t. What should I do?
- Make sure you are subscribed to the notifications (see steps 4-8 under “How do I set up my push notifications, or will I get them automatically?”). If you have had to reinstall the app since you subscribed, you may need to do these steps again.
