How can I send my documentation to FXCM?

You may upload your documents to Simply login using the username provided and password you specified on the application.

Documents submitted through the MyFXCM portal will be processed generally within one (1) to two (2) business days.

If you are unable to login, you may also send a digital version of your documents via email to or fax your documents to 0800 014 8154 (UK residents) or +1 212 897 7669 (international).

Documents submitted by email or fax will, generally, be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
