How do I resolve: “Unable to connect to price servers”?

Typically,  you would receive this message if your internet connection is not strong enough to connect to our servers.

It may be best to restart your internet modem.

To restart your internet modem, please follow these instructions:

  • Simply unplug the modem from its power source
  • Allow the modem 1-2 minutes before plugging it in again
  • Once you have plugged it in, try to log in once more

If you continue to have this error message, log onto our Trading Station Web.
