What is my login and password?
If you forgot either the login or password for your Live account, please go to MyFXCM. Select, “Forgot Login/Password” and follow the prompts to email yourself a password reset. Once you complete the password reset form, an email will be sent to the email address you have on file with a secure link page where you can create a new password.
If you are unable to reset your password online, we recommend that you chat with a live representative who can reset your password for you. A new temporary password will be sent to the email address on file. You can update your temporary password to a unique password after you log in.
If you forgot your login or password for your Demo account, you may refer to the email we sent you initially when you created the demo. If you are unable to locate that email, please register for a new demo account. Generally, FXCM does not keep demo account information on file.
