How can I send my documentation to FXCM?

You may upload your documents to MyFXCM.com. Simply login using the account number provided and password you specified on the application.

Documents submitted through the MyFXCM portal will be processed generally within one (1) to two (2) business days.

If you are unable to login, you may also send a digital version of your documents via email to admin@fxcm.com.au or you may fax documents to 1800 195 619 (AU) or 0800 450 209 (NZ).

Documents submitted by means of email or fax will be processed generally within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
