Why did my Local Bank Transfer fail?

Transactions may fail due to several reasons, such as: 
-    You may have entered a deposit amount at bank which is different from the amount listed in payment instruction email.
-    Payment validation is incomplete.
-    The online banking service of your bank account has not yet been activated. Please contact your bank for activation.
-    There are insufficient funds held in your bank account to clear your deposit.
-    The online payment limit set by your bank has been reached. Please contact your bank for resolution.
